What To Expect
From booking, to shooting, to getting your files and ordering your prints, here’s what to expect from the whole process
You book a time through my online calendar and answer a few questions about our session.
I send you a google calendar invite which I will update with the correct location and time as needed.
I send you an email with my prep guide which you can also download here.
You plan your family’s outfits, I’d love to see what you have planned, here’s some suggestions for clothes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, even at the last minute, just reply to the email I sent you. I’m super flexible and you can select any available time from my online calendar
On the day of our session we meet at our appointment time. The first few minutes we’re not taking any photos, just chatting, getting to know each other and making sure the kids are comfortable around me.
After everyone is comfortable we’ll start shooting and I’ll give you lots of directions and prompts. The most important thing is for you to be happy and have fun spending this time together, I’ll take care of the kids smiles.
After our shoot I send your photos off to my editor to be made perfect.
2-3 weeks later I get your photos back and send them to you in colour, black and white and original.
You can download the high resolution files and order all your prints and products through your gallery at your own pace, no high pressure sales here. Orders can take up to four weeks to be printed and shipped, I’ll send you tracking information as soon as I have it.
Around the same time I send your photos I’ll also send you your invoice. I accept cash at the session, etransfer, cheques and credit cards.
